Delight is a feature
Utilities do not have to be boring. Motion, small details, and language that sounds human are not decoration — they are part of the product.
Hexalab builds small, sharp utilities for everyday problems. Some are free, some are paid — all of them are made with the same obsessive care.
Some you can use today, some are still on the workbench. All of them are here, as they are.
Smart money, clear mind.
Personal finance tracking that understands how Indonesians actually borrow and lend. Debts and receivables in one view, auto-generated installment schedules, and budgets that reset on your payday — not on the 1st.
Every Hexalab app is measured against the same four things before it is allowed out of the lab.
Utilities do not have to be boring. Motion, small details, and language that sounds human are not decoration — they are part of the product.
No data selling, no third-party trackers following you around. We make a living from people who pay for the product, not from people who become the product.
If it feels heavy on an ordinary phone, it is not finished. We treat speed as a requirement, not as an afterthought.
We would rather build several small apps that finish the job than one giant app that is half-hearted about many of them.
We do not hide the unfinished work. This is where every product stands today.
Smart money, clear mind.
Hexalab is a small studio that makes utility apps. Not an agency, not a consultancy — we build our own products, use them ourselves every day, and release them only once they genuinely deserve it.
We read the name Hexalab as a prism: one beam of light enters and fans out into many colours. The studio stays calm and neutral; it is the products that carry the colour.
We fund ourselves. That means there is only one group we have to keep happy — the people actually using the apps.
